K likes to pull things out of my fabric, yarn and craft storage baskets and play with them. Most the time I find lengths of yarn, felt pieces and fabric or doilies among her dolls and toys. But they all have a role.
Since K has been a toddler, starting to explore her world of imaginary play, she has left many traces of her adventures littered throughout the house. Every time I would come across one of these scenes, I would laugh, point it out to hubby, remark at K’s creativity, and reluctantly put the toys away.
Recently, I decided to capture, on camera, some of these little scenes of her creativity because it felt a shame to “destroy” them during my evening round-up
clean-up of toys scattered around the house.
I love the sweetness of Cinderalla, Ariel, the Fairy Godmother, My Little Pony, and Strawberry Shortcake all coming together for a picnic out of the back of a mini-van.
