market recap

A charming beautiful school surrounded by nature is a perfect setting for a crafty gathering. I was delighted and inspired to be surrounded by such tremendous talent and picturesque setting.

I had a wonderful time chatting with and meeting people whom have visited me at other shows, are my blog readers, and have knitted my patterns! I was overjoyed!

One of my favorite parts of doing craft shows is the setting up. I love the evolution of my booth set up — transforming varying spaces. I should have been in merchandising perhaps as a career. The other thing I love about markets is meeting lovely people, like fellow knitters who show me their knitting and sharing their long practiced patterns for baby hats, and fellow vendors who help pass the time during the slow spells and sharing tips and advice for other craft shows, like Janice of Dandytiger, who’s such an awesome and fun person that I hope to run into at future events!

  1. Oi, sou brasileira e tenho acompanhado seus trabalhos e são maravilhosos.
Não falo muito bem em inglês, mas com o Google Translate é possível fazer alguma comunicação.

    Forte abraço.

“Hi, I am Brazilian and I have followed their work and are wonderful.
I do not speak very well in English, but Google Translate can do some communication.

    Big hug.”

  2. cute cute cute! I love your booth, love the set up and the photos and the suitcases! Best of luck with your business. Are you on etsy? Happy to post a link on my blog, if you want me to:)
