Sharon of Hart Felt Kitchen approached me for a few hand knits, this was a win-win. I love making knits for others, probably as much as she loves cooking for others, I bet.
So on the menu this week; homemade mac & cheese, veggie spiceless chickpea chilli and shell pasta with variety of hart-healthy vegetables! Don’t forget the corn mini muffins and orange and date loaf, too! Doesn’t that sound yummy!
