I have yet another project in my basket. I’ve eyed this dress pattern for several months now — ever since I saw it in a preview online a while back. I’ve been checking my local yarn stores, asking them if they will be carrying it. Then the other day, I saw it in the window of this shop, with a sample all knit up and in it’s glory.
Of course, I couldn’t resist and I’m hoping to cast on this weekend. The yarn is Berroco Remix, made completely with recycled fibres. I love the tweedy texture and the colour I’m using reminds me of a much-loved denim.
Why do I heart this?
What’s not to love? The pattern looks super simple. It’s the perfect fall transition piece for K — with leggings or tights and even a long-sleeve tee underneath, it can be worn through fall and even winter! I love the denim-look of the yarn, and it’s super soft for a recycled product, kind of like denim that has been washed many, many times!
I can’t wait to get started!
Happy weekend all! It’s going to be a beauty of one here in my corner of the world!
