a little imagination

K has been really into puppets this past while and I couldn’t be happier. What better way to nurture imagination and creativity in little ones. She’s been asking me and her grandma, however, for a puppet stage almost daily. Then I saw this post over at Cakies the other day and it was perfect timing!

So this long weekend,we made this…

…from a box, some scrap fabric and markers. Together with some wooden spoon puppets, a doggie, ducky, cat and of course Cinderella (she’s also really into Disney since starting summer camp) we were ready to put on a show for daddy and baby L!

I love how these little things come together so easily. Hope you’re all enjoying your long weekending!
