… it’s snowing again outside.
… I’ve cast on in hopes of completing two Neighbourly vests in just over three weeks.
… and my babe is smiling at me on the computer from her chair. Please ignore her poor marked face. She’s going through that wonderfully attractive (read: red and blotchy and please don’t photograph me) newborn acne phase.
The sweater she is wearing is also a handknit that her big sister once wore. It was K’s staple slip-on-over-everything-sweater during the winter she was a babe. The simple boatneck pattern is a classic design from Debbie Bliss Baby Knits for Beginners. It was the first pattern book I purchased when I found out I was pregnant and was just getting into knitting 3 years ago.
So what does your “right now” look like?
