Hi Judy,
Yes, the kids learned to knit the bows themselves and attach a clip to turn it into a hair clip. The workshop was 2 hours. It’s a fun first project!

Looks great – did they actually knit them too or just put them together? I’m having some adults around this week whom I’ve promised to teach some knitting to – not sure how easy it will be! Judy.

Hi Anastasia,thanks for the tip! I am certainly trying to practice more and I agree with you – I actually like some of the “mistakes” in my handspun. It adds to the texture of the yarn!

That is great! As a beginner myself my tips would be (1) practice (2) practice a lot more (3) watch a lot of YouTube videos to learn new techniques and most important (4) have fun!
