This weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving. I am thankful most for my family and friends, and of course, everyone who supports my love of handmade.
I made these rainbow legwarmers for K’s dance buddy who graciously gave us her never-worn-because-she-grew-out-of-them PINK tap shoes. I’m thankful she has made some nice friends in class!
This weekend, I’m inspired by…
:: Halloween crafts, like this one
:: Hand carved rubber stamps brings me back to my days of lino-cutting in high school art class
:: Chunky wool and wood stools in winter white. Love.
xoxo
Enjoy your weekend, friends!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, Flora! Hope you’re having a great weekend celebrating with family & friends. LOVE these sweet legwarmers… That color way is fantastic fun. I bought some sock yarn at the weekend… Yes, socks! Been wanting to really to have a go, after having tried once but got very frustrated. I saw a tutorial on using two circular needles to work socks, which might be easier… We’ll see! :o)
Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you had a great meal with your family!
Love the legwarmers! Definitely a Flora creation. I hope your Thanksgiving was a special one.
