cold hands, warm hearts swap

I’ve been following Sandy’s flavours for a while and now she’s teamed up with Much Love Illy for a little swap that just warms my heart. Simple and sweet: just exchange a pair of gloves (you just know mine will be hand knit, don’t you?) and other lovely goodies.
