There’s something both girly and grown-up about ruffles, isn’t there?

I love the idea of a knit ruffle scarf this fall. It’s now on my long list of to-knits. Each week as I share my Friday loves, I realize that my queue of knitted projects is expanding faster than my littlest one is growing!
Why do I heart this?
Dress up or dress down, it’s the perfect accessory all year long!
Here’s a few more ruffly diy things that I’m hearting right now…
