It’s a weekend of celebrations, housekeeping and play. Continue reading
artichokes and olives, and a little sleep
I find that as I get older, my tastes have been maturing, too. Artichokes and olives are two foods that I NEVER ate when I was younger. It wasn’t for lack of trying, but for some reason, the taste of them never hit home with me until recently. Continue reading

One of the things I love about where I live is my neighbours. Since L’s birth they have all stopped by with gifts, offering help and advice. Continue reading

one month

The visuals of the devastation in Haiti is jarring and I count my blessings and say a prayer for all those who have been touched by this latest assault. Continue reading
Neighbourly
Ta-da! It’s finally done! The project I started right before L’s birth was presented to my girl on her 3rd birthday. Continue reading
